As a Logistics specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you’re a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.As a Logistics specialist – Administrative goods receiving you are responsible for ensuring, monitoring and steering the actual logistics processes in regards of administrative goods receiving activities.What awaits you?

• Independent processing of all incoming customs shipments and customs documents in accordance with current customs regulations and laws, including checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitoring of truck time slot control, as well as allocation of flexible time slots to freight forwarding companies.
• Clarifying and recording delivery differences (deviations between transport documents and physical delivery) with suppliers/freight forwarders.
• Independent processing of transport damage, including preparation of unloading reports as well as clarification of invoice differences by comparing proof of delivery with determined receipt of goods.
• Coordination with internal and external partners (freight forwarders, customs, ASN quality) for complex goods receiving problems for sustainable problem resolution.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor degree ideally with a focus on logistics or from other relevant field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience within logistics, knowledge of incoming goods processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• English and Hungarian – business fluent both written and spoken. German language would be an advantage.
