Level: Junior – MediorYou will make an impact in the following way:

• Coördineren van de instroom en uitstroom van producten voor herstelling.
• Zorgen voor een tijdige verzending van herstelde producten naar klanten.
• Ontvangen en registreren van binnenkomende producten in het reparatiesysteem.
• Verifiëren van klant- en garantiedetails.
• Opstellen van herstellingsopdrachten en facturen ter ondersteuning van het proces.

What you will bring:

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden – Je weet duidelijk te communiceren met klanten en interne teams.
• Goede organisatorische vaardigheden – Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
• Kennis van ERP-systemen – Ervaring met systemen zoals Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Ervaring met logistieke platforms – Vertrouwd met systemen zoals FedEx en DHL.
• Vlot met Microsoft Office – Je werkt graag met Word, Excel en Outlook.
