Our client, a prestigious boutique advisory firm, is seeking a talented Analyst to join their rapidly growing Business Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&A, with a strong interest in the Business Services sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of transactions across the business services sector.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, due diligence, and modelling.
• Engage with clients and investors, playing a key role in structuring and managing deal processes.
• Prepare pitch and marketing materials, and transaction documentation for clients.
• Participate in all stages of transaction executions from end to end

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytic skills.
• Experience working on complex transactions
• Strong interest in the Business Services Sector

Expected salary

£65000 per year
