Machine Learning Engineer – LLMs

As a Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in large language models (LLMs), you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs to create sophisticated chatbot assistants and other AI applications.

Your future role within QRT:

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various applications, including chatbot assistants.
• Work with multiple teams to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Implement best practices in model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Continuously explore and integrate new features to improve application’s performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for model development and methodologies.

Your present skill set:

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for deploying and scaling models.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Strong written and oral communication (French and English), explaining complex issues to non-technical users.
• Independent and collaborative team worker.
• Passion for AI and ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience with fine-tuning and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying chatbot applications.
