We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Client’s team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.

* Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
* Salary: GBP37,000 – GBP40,000 per annum
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Location: Belfast

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
* Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
* Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred
* Driving License
* Must be able to obtain DBS
