ensuring their homes meet high standards, providing outstanding service to residents, and driving operational excellence.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing a team of skilled maintenance professionals to deliver a high-quality, efficient service.
  • Overseeing repairs, void property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations.
  • Managing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Using repair data to identify trends, optimise processes, and contribute to long-term property maintenance planning.
  • Handling escalated complaints with a problem-solving approach, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in property maintenance and building services, with a track record of delivering high standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with hands-on budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A relevant professional qualification (such as RICS) is desirable but not essential.
