Earlsferry House Care Home is set in a stunning location in the coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 26 residents.We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure our building and equipment are always in top condition. Your work will create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.What We Offer

• £13.00 per hour
• Pension
• 35 hours per week (5 x 7-hour shifts)
• Paid PVG, Uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
You will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the home in excellent condition. This includes handling repairs, performing electrical checks, installing and upgrading equipment, and maintaining outdoor areas. You will ensure light maintenance is completed, check safety systems regularly, and attend to building repairs as needed. You will participate in projects, including renovations, and work closely with the facilities or maintenance manager to resolve larger issues. Flexibility is required, as occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work may be needed to respond to emergencies. Your role is essential in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for everyone at Earlsferry House.About Us
