We are looking for a proactive and skilled Allround Monteur (Maintenance Technician) with a strong affinity for electrotechnics. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex production equipment in a dynamic factory environment, ensuring safety and uptime for critical installations.Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize production downtime
• Work with advanced PLC systems, frequency controllers, and measurement instruments
• Follow safety protocols including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
• Participate in improvement projects to enhance factory reliability and performance
• Maintain accurate administrative records in SAP
• Be available for on-call duties and respond promptly to urgent breakdowns

Requirements

• Completed technical education, preferably in electro or mechatronics
• Experience in a complex industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Living within reasonable commuting distance to ensure quick response times
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
