As the Maître, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable experiences for our discerning guests.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while maintaining a smooth flow of service
• Oversee table assignments, reservations, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu changes, wine pairings, and seasonal promotions
• Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance for the restaurant
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Foster a positive work environment and mentor staff to promote professional growth and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within upscale restaurants or luxury hotels
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
• Fluency in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency preferred
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and current industry trends
• Familiarity with Spanish cuisine and extensive wine knowledge
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest relations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
