We’re on the lookout for a MAKE Consultant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!The ChallengeWe’re looking for an experienced Make (formerly Integromat) Consultant ( ) to help us assess, troubleshoot, and optimize our current Make automation scenarios. This is a short-term consulting opportunity where your main goal is to identify the root causes of issues in our existing setups and recommend clear, actionable solutions.We use Make to automate tasks between Shopify, Google Sheets, and other systems, and we’ve run into several recurring issues that need expert attention.What You’ll Be Diagnosing & Solving..“ESOCKETTIMEDOUT” ErrorsRandom and frequent timeout errors are interrupting workflows.Failure to Transpose Data to Google SheetsData pulled from Shopify isn’t consistently making it to our spreadsheet.Scenario Auto-DeactivationThe scenario keeps getting deactivated, requiring manual restarts.Duplicate Entries in Google SheetsOur Google Sheet logs sometimes reflect multiple entries for the same product.Incorrect Drafting of ProductsProducts are being drafted even when they’ve had previous sales.Our current scenario should:Monitor new orders in ShopifyRetrieve the Product IDCheck if the product is listed in Google SheetsIf it is listed: end the scenarioIf it is not: collect info, add to Google Sheet, and auto-draftWe would love to hear from you if…

• Proven experience with Make (formerly Integromat) on complex automations
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, and API integrations
• Strong debugging and automation optimization skills
• Ability to quickly identify workflow gaps and implement fixes
• Strong communication skills to explain findings and recommendations clearly
