Together we challenge convention, pushing each other to surprise the world.We are looking for an Enduser account manager to join the HP public sector sales team to specifically drive Print Hardware, Managed Services & Document solutions sales in Local Government & Bluelight services. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.Responsibilities for the Managed Print Services Account ManagerSell the HP commercial solutions portfolio, focusing on Print Hardware & managed Services.Understands the client industry to identify the client’s business strategies and challenges and align the organization’s capabilities to the client’s business and IT priorities.Builds and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s share in the accounts.Acts as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.Strengthens the organization’s relationship with the client maintaining a high level of loyalty and acting as a trusted advisor for business and IT-related concerns.Collaborates closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.Develops a business-case approach to provide business rationale for client proposals and investments.Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new solution opportunities.Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer relationships.Stays updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to customers.Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs.Engage education partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals.Generate new leads for HP solutions and collaborate with other specialists or partners as needed.Enter opportunities in pipeline tools and update them weekly. Recommend and implement Pipeline management practices.Build and deploy a territory account plan that includes working with partners, specialists.Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of the account or in partial ownership depending on account coverage.Working and supporting the Barcelona sales HubRequirements for the Managed Print Services Account ManagerExperience in understanding large product portfolios and motivate external stakeholders to deliver annual growthCan demonstrate commercial acumen which will be basis for all discussionsPassion about technology and innovationSelf-motivation, confidence and fast learning skillsCreativity, proactiveness and strong inter-personal abilitiesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.Identified behaviours for the successful Enduser Account ManagerA will to win refuse to loseA never-accept-less work ethic.An Innovative and entrepreneurial spiritA relentless craving to push past your limits and try new things.Push beyond what’s expected.Eagerness to learn and be a change agentDisclaimer
