For our customer, we are seeking a Managed Workplace Packaging Engineer with a strong focus on documentation and knowledge transfer. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software packaging and a passion for organizing and communicating complex technical knowledge clearly and effectively.Project information:

• Location: Remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: Up to 135 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
• Project language: German + English

Your tasks:

• Acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications related to knowledge transfer
• Serving as the Knowledge SME for software packaging during the transition phase
• Creating high-quality technical documentation and training materials to support service handover
• Organizing and maintaining knowledge platforms to ensure accessibility and structure
• Supporting handover activities from transition to delivery teams
• Ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality and consistency standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Knowledge Manager or documentation writer in a software packaging or Managed Workplace environment
• Strong skills in technical writing, training design, and digital content strategy
• Experience with organizing and managing knowledge platforms or internal documentation portals
• Fluency in both English and German is required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and delivery teams
