Management Accountant

The Management Accountant will manage the Trees for Cities finance team, delivering
high-quality financial management and reporting to all areas of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead the finance
team through month-end, quarter end and year end processes to produce internal and external
reporting. They will ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place and adhered to and
seek continuous improvement to these. They will build strong relationships with other teams
through the provision of high-quality financial information, business partnering and support
with finance-related matters.

Trees for Cities is the only national UK charity that focuses on planting, protecting and
promoting urban trees. We are a rapidly growing and developing organisation that suits
ambitious, dedicated and passionate staff.

We seek a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a busy
finance department with responsibilities for similar tasks. The individual will need to work
effectively as part of a team and be able to prioritise and time manage effectively, working to
targets and deadlines. Ideally, they will have an interest in the urban environment and an
enthusiasm for trees and nature.
