You will provide a responsive and proactive support service, working as part of a team to deliver the effective and efficient administration of the Institute.

Reporting to and working with the Management Services Team Leader you will provide a high level of administrative support to staff within the Institute.  You will support all HR processes across the Institute, including recruitment of staff at all levels.  This post is a Professional Services role supporting a large volume of varied academic activity in an Institute.  You will provide a high level of professional services support to the development and implementation of the Institute¿s strategic goals and ambitions.  You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. 

This post is available for 2 years until 4th October 2025.
