Learn more at and on andEMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager is a key contributor to the success of ADI’s programs management in the region.This role will lead the EMEA region’s compensation and benefits programs and successfully deliver these programs to our 3,200 employees in 22 countries. These responsibilities include program development, planning, analyzing, designing, and communicating to employees. While ensuring accurate compliance to local regulations. Also, preparing analysis and presenting recommendations for the Total Rewards team.Benefit programs for EMEA countries include retirement (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans), health and risk plans, and leaves. This opportunity will require subject matter expertise and prior experience to work independently.Our Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager, EMEA reports to our Head of Global Total Rewards and supervises our Lead Benefits Analyst, EMEA Region.To thrive in this role, you must have strong subject matter expertise in compensation and benefits, be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, working virtually, and be proficient working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while maintaining a great attitude. The desire to learn, constantly improve, and deliver consistent results is paramount.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building, designing and implementing compensation & benefits programs that meet cross-functional business needs geared toward the employee experience and are technology-enabled in EMEA Region.Work with ADI’s Total Reward team to help drive value through ADI’s global offerings, evaluate compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness, new trends and make recommendations as necessary. Proactively ensure global broad-based compensation programs and country specific benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, and scalable based on market assessment and our business strategy to maximize the company’s ability to attract and to retain top talent for EMEA Region.Must work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to achieve results and drive solutions in EMEA Region.Play an integral part of the annual Focal/year-end compensation planning process by supporting system configuration and testing, communication, and program analytics.Trusted advisor to country management and HR Business Partners in EMEA Region on all compensation and benefits related matters. Identifies appropriate solutions and course of action and ensures timely delivery of resolution.Participate in and analyze compensation surveys and maintain a deep understand of market trends and changing conditions. Assess findings and impact on the Company.Support oversight/governance of compensation and benefits plans in partnership with regional and local finance and HR.Partner with ADI’s HR Connections Group where applicable, manage compensation administration for new hires, changes in status and terminations.Responsible for various benefit plans across EMEA Region, including the administration and development/enhancement of benefits onboarding for new hires, the day-to-day operational and governance related activities of the benefit plans, and leading annual renewals of medical, dental, life and disability plans and vendor/broker relationships.Develop/enhance/promote employee communications (online, face to face meetings, etc).Maintains current assessment of all legislative and regulatory requirements emerging and assess implications.Support global program with local application such as ADI Global Recognition Program and Business Travel Medical program, and assist local administration as needed.Support merger/acquisition/divestiture and analysis work as needed.Essential Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).Minimum 8 years of compensation and benefits experience in EMEA (experience working across EMEA Region preferred).Must have strong compensation experience.Results driven; a demonstrated sense of urgency; focused on achieving results that promote business success.A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems with agility.Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards; impeccable attention to details and accuracy.Strong project and time management skills; able to manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely mannerMastery of Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.), PowerPoint, and HR information systems such as Workday, with high level of attention to details and accuracy.Advanced analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.Must be a good communicator, partner, influencer and be committed to customer service.
