Then, join Finance & Group Systems in Global IT as a Technical Project Manager.Welcome to Group & Enterprise ApplicationsGroup Applications aims to become an entrusted advisor to Group Functions, delivering stable operations and fit-for-purpose enterprise IT solutions that efficiently scale to future business needs and enable DSV’s corporate strategy. Group Functions comprise Global Finance, Group Compliance, Group Services, Global Commercial and Group HR.You will be responsible for the Technical Project Management and Business Analyst team and lead IT applications projects across Finance & Group Systems. This requires you to deliver IT projects within scope, time, and budget and ensure effective implementation in daily operations.You will work closely with Service and Application Owners, stakeholders, and colleagues across DSV’s global organisation, thus giving you a broad network and exposure in the organisation. Currently, we plan to implement a global eQMS system where you will play a key role. Potentially, there is also an opportunity to assume a leadership role for a team.Additionally, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Plan projects together with business stakeholders, vendors and colleagues in the IT department
• Estimate project budgets and allocate internal and third-party/provider resources
• Plan and execute all associated project tasks and processes utilising standard project tools
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels throughout the organisation
• Facilitate project handover to operations after implementation

Experienced IT Project Manager with a well-equipped project management toolboxWith your IT project management background and your ability to lead and communicate, you ensure that your project members are motivated and keep momentum on the deliverables. Being a strong relationship builder, you easily engage and align with stakeholders across the organisation.The transport industry is always in motion, and you must therefore be able to work and thrive in a changing environment, structure your work and remain proactive.Furthermore, we emphasise that you:

• Have solid knowledge of digitalisation projects in a large global organisation
• Are experienced with working with – and preferably certified in – Project Management frameworks such as Prince2, Scrum as well as knowledge about operational frameworks such as ITIL
• You possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills with all levels of staff and management.
• You are skilled in reading the room and ensuring the best outcome for DSV and the primary stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English. Danish is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite.
