We are looking for an experienced Leader who has already spent years around Identity & Access Management and understands the criticality of IAM in a corporate environment. 

The Role:
Our Identity & Access Management Value Stream is evolving, which is why we are looking for a Head of Identity & Access Management – Product Engineering I, who will support the Head of Identity & Access Management in leading the IAM Value Stream.

-Lead a team of IAM experts, create an environment of continuous learning and enable the intrinsic motivation of your teams
-Create vision, drive commitment and establish a transformation environment
-Take responsibility in leading different teams & initiatives with high impact and risk towards broad corporate goals in virtual set ups
-Drive business critical escalations with respective IT & business stakeholders across the company
-Support the teams to further evolve the way of collaboration, quality and focus on customer centricity 
-Support us in further evolving our Value Stream
-Be a visionary when it comes to our IAM strategy with an End-to-End-Know-How 

What you bring:

-Deep understanding of Agile Enterprise IT organizations and Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes 
-Strong ability to manage and achieve fast & high-quality results 
-Certified in agile methodologies (e.g., Leading SAFe)
-Proven record of accomplishment in Partner Management / Supplier Management
-Excellent language skills (written & verbal) in English
-Know how to coach and mentor individuals and teams
-Highly motivated to drive pragmatic solutions to ensure business success
-5+ years of experience in End-to-End Identity & Access Management on an Enterprise Level
-5+ years of leadership experience – leading, coaching and mentoring units, cross-functional teams & people and C-Level communication
