Then this might be the right opportunity for you, apply today!The positionAs a Manager in Moulding Production, you will lead a team of approximately 20 operators working in a 24/7 production environment. Your focus will be on achieving high efficiency, ensuring quality compliance, and driving process optimization. By leading with visibility and engagement, you will foster a motivating and high-performing culture. You will also play a key role in implementing Lean methodologies, driving systematic problem-solving and standardization, and contributing to the strategic direction of the department.Key Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 operators, ensuring high engagement and motivation.
• Drive efficiency and process optimization while ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures.
• Apply systematic problem-solving and standardization techniques to enhance production performance.
• Collaborate with the management team to shape the department’s strategic direction.
• Develop leadership competencies and business insight in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you:

• Have at least 2 years of management experience preferably within advanced production.
• Hold a degree in Engineering or another relevant technical education
• Are fluent in Danish and English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus.

You can handle a lot of activities simultaneouslyAbout the departmentYou will join Moulding Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 100 colleagues, working in 4 production teams, supported by teams of technical specialists. We produce plastic components used for manufacturing our medical devices in Novo Nordisk. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals, and we do that in close collaboration with the other departments in Device Component Production.We are dedicated to delivering strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high-quality components at a competitive cost for our customers within prefilled devices.
