Entrerai a far parte di un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, per clienti di alto livello altamente visibili nei mercati dei servizi finanziari, dell’energia, del settore pubblico e dei consumatori e industriali.Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristicheSei il candidato ideale se hai interesse a lavorare sulla sede di MILANO e hai maturato 6-10 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o in contesti aziendali fortemente orientati all’innovazione tecnologica con focus sul mercato Consumer and Industrial.Per essere il candidato ideale devi aver avuto esperiente significative in almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti:

• IT STRATEGY definizione di strategie ICT: redazione di piani di sistemi e piani strategici ICT, valutazioni di business case e case for change di iniziative IT complesse
• IT SOURCING definizione della strategia di sourcing IT, gestione di gare IT complesse, supporto alla valutazione strategica dell’investimento con modelli di valutazione e business case
• IT ARCHITECTURE E CLOUD strategie del landscape infrastrutturale e del portafoglio applicativo in ottica cloud, strategie di migrazione al Cloud e conoscenza delle principali soluzioni in ambito.
• IT EVOLUTION (valutazione dell’impatto delle evoluzioni/innovazioni tecnologiche sulle architetture applicative e infrastrutturali)
• IT PROCESSES Analisi e disegno di processi IT di trasformazione digitale secondo le metodologie di Project Management, Agile, DevOps, Design thinking

• significative esperienze lavorative oppure conoscenza dei meccanismi in almeno uno dei settori più significativi del mercato Consumer and Industrial , quali ad esempio:

• Consumer products and Retail
• Industrial products and Machinery
• Fashion and Luxury
• Automotive
• LifeScience
• Food&Beverage
• Conoscenza delle architetture applicative dei principali applicativi aziendali (es. ERP, CRM. MES, WMS)
• Conoscenza delle principali architetture di integrazione utilizzati in contesti industriali complessi.

Ulteriori aspetti che ti qualificano come il candidato ideale sono:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Gestionale o affini
• Ottima e comprovata conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da esperienze all’estero
• Buone doti comunicative e relazionali con possibilità di presidio di tavoli internazionali
• Utilizzo avanzato di software quali: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI o similari
• Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e attitudine al problem solving
• Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e trasferte
• Certificazioni di Project Management (PRINCE II/SCRUM/PMI etc.), IT Service Management (ITIL e/o COBIT) o altre (SAFe, DevOps, ServiceNow etc.) (opzionale)

Specifically, you will join the CIO Advisory Team in Verona, which specializes in data management architectures and solutions, supporting CIOs in their digital evolution journey toward the cloud-from strategy to execution, and from vision to real value. You’ll be part of a dynamic and stimulating environment, working with high-profile clients in the financial services, energy, public sector, and consumer and industrial markets.Come As You Are – Your Skills and QualitiesYou are the ideal candidate if you are interested in working in the Milan office and have 6-10 years of experience in consulting firms or in companies strongly focused on technological innovation, particularly in the Consumer and Industrial market.To be the ideal candidate, you should have significant experience in at least one of the following areas:

• IT STRATEGY: Defining ICT strategies, drafting system and strategic ICT plans, evaluating business cases and case-for-change for complex IT initiatives.
• IT SOURCING: Defining IT sourcing strategies, managing complex IT tenders, supporting strategic investment evaluations with assessment models and business cases.
• IT ARCHITECTURE & CLOUD: Infrastructure and application portfolio strategies with a cloud perspective, cloud migration strategies, and knowledge of major solutions in the field.
• IT EVOLUTION: Assessing the impact of technological innovations on application and infrastructure architectures.
• IT PROCESSES: Analyzing and designing IT processes for digital transformation using methodologies such as Project Management, Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking.

You should also have significant work experience or knowledge of mechanisms in at least one of the key sectors of the Consumer and Industrial market, such as:

• Consumer Products and Retail
• Industrial Products and Machinery
• Fashion and Luxury
• Automotive
• Life Sciences
• Food & Beverage

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge of application architectures of major enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES, WMS)
• Understanding of main integration architectures used in complex industrial contexts

• Degree in Computer, Electronic, or Management Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent and proven English skills, preferably supported by international experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in international meetings

• Willingness to travel frequently
