As a Manager in the People Advisory team you will perform the following tasks:

• Project Management:

• Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;
• Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes;
• Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
• Commercial Management:

• Engage in business development, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals;
• Contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings.

• People Management:

• As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential;
• Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards;
• Experience managing small teams (1-5 people).

• A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management would be an asset;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (Preferably from a Consulting company);
• Strong proven experience in Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, Workday HCM;
• Passionate about working with HR data and approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
• Commercial mindset, client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities; * Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while simultaneously managing a team to ensure successful delivery;

• Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings;
• Participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience
• Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector clients
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
