Do you excel when playing a central role in improving equipment reliability, service mindset, stakeholder interaction and people development?We have recently started manufacturing in our new production facility, and your management is a very important part of a successful operation.The departmentThe Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance area is part of Plant Engineering covering equipment maintenance and reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment, operation and maintenance of all utility systems, and calibration across our facility. We are more than 45 employees in the area covering capabilities within engineering, compliance, technical support and cross functional coordination.The positionYour team ensures reliable performance of the Manufacturing Equipment in our two production facilities in Søborg. The area is responsible for life cycle asset management, maintenance strategy and execution of both corrective and planned maintenance.Your responsibilities cover:
You work closely with all stakeholders in the manufacturing area and together you seek a common understanding of the technical activities that impact operation and deliverables.Your profileYou hold a relevant engineering degree or similar technical background and have experience within government regulated industries, pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology.You come with minimum 3-5 years management experience from a technical area within operation or maintenance, and preferably you have experience within implementation of maintenance strategies e.g., Reliability Centered Maintenance.You have a warm heart and a clear head. You are an excellent collaborator and can motivate others. You operate with a strong sense of urgency, see solutions and removes obstacles.You possess good communication skills – including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Danish both oral and written.How to apply
