Read further!All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.Offer· Temporary agency contract via Grafton· Start: 1 April 2025· Duration assignment 7 months· Salary: € 6.500,- gross per month based on 40 hours; since we have a weekly payment system this would be € 37,50 gross per hour excl. travel expenses according client’s internal policy.· Working for a dynamic, fast-paced international environmentThe roleYou are in this role in a critical strategic leadership position. This role is tasked with the visionary development and operationalization of a comprehensive product data integrity framework and the needed Intelligence to guide the business towards product data integrity in traceability, product compliance and packaging. Aimed at transforming complex legislative, regulatory, and business data requirements in traceability into a coherent, actionable strategy, this leader ensures alignment with the global business goals and compliance mandates.You will orchestrate the development and implementation of the global product data integrity strategy that’s enabling traceability and product compliance. This includes crafting a dynamic data framework that not only meets current regulatory and business needs but is also adaptable to future changes. Your strategic foresight will guide the implementation of this framework across supply chain operations, ensuring its effectiveness and consistent adoption. Leading a specialized team, you will deliver actionable intelligence and reporting, driving data-driven decision-making throughout the organization in support of product data integrity at all times.The ideal candidate:The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strategic mindset, who possesses an in-depth understanding of data governance and reporting within a global business context.

• You are a strategic visionary with a deep expertise in data governance, framework development, and business intelligence within a global setting.

• Demonstrated leadership in building and guiding teams dedicated to data excellence.

• Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts and insights to a broad audience, fostering understanding and strategic action.

• A collaborative leader with experience in unifying cross-functional teams around data standards and practices.

• Forward-looking, with a keen eye for emerging data governance trends and technologies, including AI, that can drive data integrity strategy forward.

Qualifications:-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.-At least 7 years of senior experience in data governance, framework development, and intelligence, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.-A track record of strategic data framework implementation and leadership within complex, multinational organizations.Soft skills:
