We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to form part of the founding team of Interpath Advisory France.We are looking for a talented Manager to join in our Transaction Services team in Paris and deliver Transaction services projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.You will be working closely with Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France alongside bright and energetic people.You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions working closely alongside our corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network. As a Manager, you will be mentored by our Managing Directors to build your network and gain experience in business development.On top of that, you will be encouraged to mentor our analysts and senior associates in accordance with our values and help us building a leading team in Paris.Key Accountabilities:

• Drafting of FDD and VDD reports including:
• Quality of Earnings: Helping the client identify one-off income costs which should not be considered within underlying earnings.
• Net Working Capital “NWC”: Identify the drivers of the evolution of NWC over the historical period and establish a NWC benchmark (peg).
• Identification of debt like items from review of balance sheet and off-balance sheet arrangements.
• Forecasts: Analytical skills to critically assess a target’s forecast and identify potential risks and upsides, based on historical trends, sales pipeline etc.
• Participating in meetings /conference calls with clients/target company management and serve as a key point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution matters.
• Be actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships as well as mentoring our pools of associates.

Requirements

• Top tier business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economics.
• A minimum of 4 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)
• Experience in Audit is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in supporting project teams/relationships and communications with clients
• Experience in go to market/business development strategy is a bonus but not required. Exposure to this will be an aspect of the role
• Fluent English written and spoken
