This role is crucial to maintaining operational excellence, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting customer success, making a direct impact on the lives of patients and the future of clinical research.What we offer:Competitive compensationFlexible working hours and working time accounts to support the work-life balance.Hybrid work model, allowing for 1-2 days of remote work each week.Support your professional development through internal and external training and certification programs.Attractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being).Engaging employee programs.What you’ll be doing:Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure a safe, hygienic, and compliant work environmentContinuously improve warehouse processes and cross-functional collaborationImplement and maintain modern inventory systems and technologiesOversee monthly billing, budget tracking, and cost control for warehouse activitiesManage internal and external stock control, provisioning, disposal, and recyclingRecruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of growth and inclusionMonitor and report departmental metrics and performance indicatorsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal proceduresCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely logistics and customer satisfactionSupport cross-functional projects and contribute to shipping and fulfillment successWhat we look for:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field7+ years of experience in supply chain or industrial operations, including 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teamsExperience with MPS Planning, MRP and advanced ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Navison, Oracle EBS)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database toolsHigh attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environmentGood English skills; local language skills are a plusKnowledge of key warehouse KPIs including delivery performance, shipping times, inventory accuracy, and training metricsAt Clario, we put people first, always.
