Managing Director Eurofins Bio-EC in Longjumeau, France

Eurofins Bio-EC, a leading company in ex-vivo & clinical studies is looking for a new Managing Director.

The Managing Director will be in charge of Eurofins Bio-EC France, managing the laboratory and will report to the head of Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care Europe.

Manage the legal entity performing ex-vivo & clinical studies in Longjumeau (92) (35 FTEs):

• By leading and coaching the sales team to further develop both the business and the customers relations,

• By optimizing laboratory equipment and organization thriving to improve quality, turnaround time and costs,

• By coaching technical and scientific experts in order to support the laboratory reputation on the market,

• By adapting the testing offer and laboratory processes in order to answer to customer needs and market evolution (customers, competition, innovation, R&D, regulatory, …),

• By leading the onsite leadership team, training and developing each employee, ensuring key skills are in place to support the growth, hiring the best employees & always looking for operational excellence,

• By managing on a day to day basis all legal and financial activities,

• By taking part of potential external growth projects (acquisition projects),

• By working closely with all other Group entities involved in Cosmetics testing.

   

• You have a strong scientific background, if possible, in the cosmetic, dermatology or pharmaceutic area,

• Skills: strong in Business Development, managing operations and managing people. Understand financial matters (P&L),

• Management: Responsibilities within teams of 5 to 40 people (in the mid-term) including technicians, PhD, medical doctors, pharmacists, engineers, and business developers,
