MANAGING DIRECTOR (M/F)Responsibilities
- Is responsible for the P&L account and drives the business, both from a sales and operational point of view, to ensure the company’s profitability aligns with the Group Strategy
- Ensures the company achieves its objectives in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
- Applies advanced knowledge from Executive MBA-level education to develop and execute business strategies, fostering innovation and long-term growth
- Oversees and ensures the successful execution of key projects, leveraging project management best practices to deliver on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope
- Leads industrial operations management, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and implementing lean management practices
- Provides comprehensive general management leadership, ensuring smooth integration of all business functions, from finance to human resources, while maintaining alignment with group policies and local regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Proven experience in managing business operations at a senior level, preferably in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and the ability to ensure profitability in line with group strategies
- Experience in sales and operational leadership, with a track record of achieving business objectives
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on QCD objectives
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of representing the company in a legal and operational capacity.
