In this role, you will be taking the essential role of advising our client on the quality of the software being tested. In this role you will be expected to constantly question all parts of the process to ensure the software under development is what the customer requested and inform the team about it. We seek Test engineer with strong knowledge on different retail banking knowledge and business processes.What will be your main responsibilities?

• Defines test objectives, creates test plans and develops functional test cases/procedures.

• Performs testing against detailed specifications.

• Provides test results to management and customers that are clear and concise.

• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.

• Responsible for recognizing and creating awareness of process or quality problems.

• Support test automation activities as and when required (good to have).

RequirementsWe are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take our Cognizant´s company brand to the next level:· knowledge and experience in Banking domain· knowledge of retail products: Payments and cards.
