Focused on delivering high-quality products that improve patient outcomes, they operate in cutting-edge facilities and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Role DescriptionOur client is seeking a Senior Supplier Engineer to support and lead raw material supply chain initiatives at their Groningen site. The ideal candidate will drive projects that optimize quality, cost, and reliability, while working cross-functionally with global teams and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate raw material supply projects from concept to implementation.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supplier quality issues.Collaborate with R&D and operations to manage design changes and new product introductions.Assess supplier capacity and drive proactive solutions to avoid production delays.Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and injection molding expertise to identify and implement improvements.Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation through all lifecycle phases.Represent supplier engineering in cross-site and global team initiatives.Act as a technical liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or process engineering.Deep understanding of injection molding, tooling, and metrology practices.Strong command of Six Sigma, Lean tools, and GD&T principles.Fluent in English and Dutch; must be willing to work fully on-site in Groningen.Excellent project leadership, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Other Information : Click Link Below To Apply55291
