Role Profile

  • This dynamic Hybrid role offers great variety and would suit a Manufacturing engineer, Production Engineer or Quality engineer looking to progress their career in the engineering sector working on unique Projects in a leading medical device company.
  • Reporting to Senior Engineer you would be working with a wide variety of teams including Quality, R&D, Production and Manufacturing.
  • Create reports, communicate all findings and any recommendations to wider team – stakeholder engagement.
  • Carrying out process improvements and implementation of EU MDR standards across a diverse product range.
  • Update documentation on all projects and findings. Be able to communicate this to Senior management and cross functional teams.
  • Roll out and implement different manufacturing changes in relation to projects including documentation changes and process change controls.
  • Printing regulation changes – labelling/cartons/boxes.
  • Working collaboratively with all teams and project groups onsite for new and ongoing projects.
  • Co-ordinate Continuous improvement projects – You will own and be part of a team within projects, bringing in value improvement processes, cost reductions, and process improvements.
  • Bring knowledge and give insight into equipment issues while offering manufacturing or quality ideas from experience.

Qualifications / Professional Skills / Knowledge:

  • Degree required: Level 8 bachelors related engineering degree: manufacturing, mechanical, quality, bio-medical
  • Proven experience: 2 years minimum experience

Key skills or qualifications:– Strong Communication & Collaboration skills required.
– Implementation experience in a manufacturing, quality or production environment desired
– Knowledge on EU MDR regulations would be advantageous but not essential.
– Project planning and co-ordination
– Documentation updates and implementation skillsContact Information
