If you are ready to make a significant impact, read more and apply today for a life-changing career!The positionAs a Manufacturing Program Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage the strategic pipeline in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).
  • Define and monitor program controls.
  • Lead the Strategic Pipeline Governance.
  • Lead risk and change management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program / project objectives are met, including cost, delivery, and quality targets.
  • Act as a representative of the AM Manufacturing Strategy, coaching less experienced colleagues as needed in the area of responsibility.

QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:– An academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.– Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.– Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.– Broad knowledge of Project Management methodologies.– Budgeting and resource allocation knowledge.– Desired experience in program or portfolio management.– Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry would be an asset.As a person, you have the ability to collaborate effectively with a broad and diverse network of internal stakeholders from different geographies and functions. You have strong leadership skills and can-do mindset. You are curious and adapt easily with a drive for analytical and strategic way of thinking. You are structured with an eye for the detail and you have the ability to simplify the complex and deliver concise recommendations to Management.About the departmentThe AM Manufacturing Strategy department is at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives in Aseptic Manufacturing. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team is responsible for setting the Long Term Aseptic Manufacturing Strategies in alignment with the overarching Business and Supply Chain Strategies and links strategy to execution by managing projects and programs related to general business requirements and specialised technical areas. Our focus is on delivering on our Long Term vision by planning, organising, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
