Manufacturing Project Manager

Responsabilities:

• Define strategic products in MP plants;
• Contribute to the definition of alternative and back up solutions to ensure business continuity in case of disater;
• Contribute to plant PnL by Internalizing lens in our MP plants instead of out of group sourcing;

Business Contuinuity planning management:

• Based on Mid team plan, assurance recommendations, and local risk identified, define strategic products for the group in term of product and plant and the action plan to mitigate the risk.
• Contribute and participate to the CRMC meeting (Critical Raw Material & Consumables) (MPCC);
• Coordinate the working groups (GLI, Sourcing, EHS, Procurement) to assess the risk & identify critical ones for manufacturing in Rx labs & MP plants.
• Evaluate the impact on the business of critical RMC.
• Propose solutions to ensure business continuity in case of disater.

Develop make or buy actions:

• Analyse the Out of Group purchase to identify the potential actions of insourcing
• Follow up of insourcing actions with leaders in regions
• Coordinate insourcing or product development with Group entities
• Develop the make or buy actions to accelerate the insourcing actions

Candidate Profile:

• Engineer in industrial engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience with functional Management in an international environment
• Extensive knowledge of Essilor Groups, products & services portfolio.
• Highly motivated and positive attitude, energy and leadership.
• Comfortable in a highly international and multicultural work environment, appeal to develop network.
• With strong leadership skill, with ability to influence others and strong spirit of results, you have the sense of analysis and you are Rigorous and structured, you have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have an excellent background in Excel – expert level
• Fluent English
