Currently we are looking for

Market Development Specialist Endobariatrics

Location: Czech Republic


Collaborate with cross-functional teams at a country and EMEA level for the definition and implementation of strategies, tactics and programs that will enable the further adoption and growth of the Endobariatric & Spy Discover business in the market enabling on a multi-disciplinary strategic approach. Focus on Society & KOL relationship development reimbursement and referral pathways and patient demand/ awareness generation.

Key responsibilities:

-Collaborate with EMEA and country leadership to develop a fully detailed country business strategy for Endobariatrics & Spy Discover. Include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping and market research, identifying trends, competitors, potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities in the assigned country/region.
-Coordinate with local country leaders to plan and execute expansion of the EndoBariatrics & Spy Discover business also supporting the field sales organization training when needed. 
-Support the execution of physician and staff training and education, patient education events when necessary.
-Manage the development and implementation of KOL advisory boards, customer programs, and networks. 
-Execute key Society engagement & management strategies & tactics to support the advocacy and support of EndoBariatrics & Spy Discover.

-Support reimbursement initiatives within the country/region, in partnership with country and regional EMEA HEMA teams. 
-Execute ongoing identification of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, review of the broad strategic direction. 


-Previous relevant experience in sales/business development role in medical devices -preferably in bariatric area
-Fluency in English
-Readiness for frequent travels
-Very good communication and sales skills
-Strong analytical skills
