Market Research Associate, BRM Financial Institutions & International Public Finance – Paris

The Business & Relationship Management (BRM) Team is currently seeking a Market Research Associate based out of our Paris office.

This exciting role will report to a Senior Director in the EMEA Financial Institutions (FI) BRM team. The principal objective of the team is to originate new FI and International Public Finance (IPF) rating mandates, through targeted outreach and client engagement, and to manage and optimize existing relationships with FI and IPF issuers and other influential market participants.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Help prepare answers to tenders/ RFPs when required.
• Contact external stakeholders, organize meetings and prepare appropriate background information as required.
• Billings and chasing invoices
• Research and validate new business opportunities, combining actionable market data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update data in our Salesforce CRM data management system.
• Prepare commercial agreements for new and existing issuers.
• Develop impactful presentations and other marketing materials.

What You Need to Have:

• Relevant university degree, preferably in a business, finance, economics, data analytics related field
• Strong Excel/data analytic skills (lookups/index/pivot tables/macros/formulae/shortcuts)
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Native French speaker and communicating fluently in English.
