Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Assistant to join Clinique’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) marketing team. This role will involve supporting the execution of the EMEA marketing strategy, analyzing brand performance, and contributing to the development of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EMEA Marketing Operations:

• Provide daily support to the Clinique EMEA team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across affiliates.

• Assist in implementing the EMEA marketing strategy through data analysis and business insights.

• Brand Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze brand activity, mix of business, and category/franchise performance.

• Identify growth opportunities and assist in defining strategic initiatives.

• Digital and Online Strategy:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Pan-European online pure player strategy.

• Pricing Compliance:

• Support the team in ensuring adherence to pricing cycles and pricing architecture compliance across the EMEA region.

• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus.
