Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.About the Role:As part of the Healthcare Solutions and Partnership (HS&P) team, the Integrated Marketing and Communications Intern will be reporting to Sr. Integrated Marketing Communications specialist, will contribute to delivering support for product marketing’s multi-channel marketing objectives and will be responsible of various administrative functions. The HS&P Marketing team develops and implements integrated communication campaigns, blending expertise in branding, content strategy, and copywriting to engage customers with relevant and meaningful content along the customer journey and to strengthen the Boston Scientific brand. This position will also support the execution of Digital Marketing content strategies for HS&P.Your Responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to marketing plans that support business objectives in HS&P and SH EMEA.
• Assist in the creation and management of content for websites, social media, brochures, case studies and other sales tools.
• Supporting the Sr. IMC Specialist to collaborate with the agencies, for creative development, production, translation, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure consistency with Boston Scientific brand standards and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and paid media strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and support content performance analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist in coordinating tradeshows, campaigns, and internal/external events.
• Manage communication tools and databases, and help track internal approval processes.
• Support running internal communications for the marketing teams.

What are we looking for in you?

• Graduated on a bachelor’s degree or master´s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Native or C1)
• Previous experience in medtech is a plus.
• Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva fundamental knowledge is a plus.
• Relevant experience in marketing communications is a plus.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects.
• Will to learn, confidence to ask, confidence to flag risks or errors.
• Highly organised with good project management and planning skills.
• Knowledge about SEO and content production for various digital, social media and other channels
• Expertise and relationship skills to influence stakeholders.
• Available to sign an Internship agreement (6 + 6 months)
