Position overview
This role is responsible for driving and executing marketing communication strategy across EMEA. The ideal candidate will lead content creation, manage tradeshows and webinars, and support digital campaigns while collaborating closely with internal teams. With a hands-on, energetic approach, they will influence stakeholders at all levels and contribute to brand visibility and reputation. This is a dynamic opportunity for a bold communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making ideas happen!
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute integrated communication strategies and tools to support the marketing organization.
-Create, edit, and distribute compelling content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and website copy.
-Plan and host webinars using Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth execution and audience engagement.
-Manage paid social media campaigns, including content creation, ad setup, performance tracking, and strategy optimization.
-Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, including logistics, collateral preparation, and vendor coordination.
-Support internal departments with marketing collateral, banners, and event materials for initiatives such as career fairs.
-Oversee editorial calendar and product launch communications, including campaign creation, implementation, and performance analysis.
-Coordinate award submissions for the company and individuals, and manage reputation and crisis communications as needed.
Required skills and experience
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, communication or a related field.
-Proven experience in marketing communications, including content creation, event management, and digital campaign execution.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
-Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-Demonstrated experience with webinar hosting and managing large-scale tradeshows.
-Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization.
-High level of initiative and energy, with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
-Team player with a collaborative spirit and the courage to speak up and challenge ideas constructively.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
