Join our team as Marketing Communication Specialist. We are now looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist for the Neuroscience (Parkinson) team, covering all three Scandinavian countries.As a member of our Scandinavian Brand Team, you will collaborate closely with experienced Brand Managers to develop and execute effective marketing materials and campaigns across Scandinavia, with a focus on omnichannel strategies. You will utilize digital marketing opportunities to drive engagement and reach target audiences. You will also support in creating and localizing marketing materials, in compliance with legislation and ethical guidelines. You analyse the performance of promotional materials, providing reports and recommendations.In this role you will support the In-Field Team and Manager(s). You will also be the contact person for third party suppliers in the production of marketing materials, etc.You will collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager.By working closely with senior colleagues, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge that will prepare you for a Brand Manager role in a couple of years.QualificationsYou have:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.1-3 years’ knowledge/experience within Sales and/or MarketingSuccessful track record in managing projects and meeting deadlines.Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.Native in minimum one Nordic languageFluent in English, oral and written.Preferred requirements:Experience from Pharmaceutical business.IMA certification /LIFMBA degreeWe are seeking a team player who can develop and foster collaborative relationships to achieve work goals.
