This role focuses on managing third-party events and medical congresses from strategy to execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure flawless delivery of high-impact experiences aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and execution of external events, sponsorships, and congress participation across EMEAOversee all event logistics, from booth design to on-site coordination and post-event reportingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align event activities with broader marketing objectivesMentor and manage the Event & Congress team, fostering a high-performance, accountable cultureDevelop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and compliance with industry regulationsDrive lead generation initiatives and analyze event effectiveness to optimize future campaignsCoordinate with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure premium execution standardsChampion knowledge-sharing and best practice development within the teamYour ProfileDegree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of event and congress experience, ideally in MedTech, pharma, or other regulated industriesProven experience leading and developing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environmentExcellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an assetHands-on, detail-oriented project management style with a proactive and adaptable mindsetStrong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experienceProficiency in MS Office; experience with Cvent or similar platforms is essentialWillingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA regionWhy Join?Be part of an innovation-focused MedTech company with a strong product pipelineThrive in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy culture where ideas and initiative are encouragedEnjoy additional time off during the holiday season (Dec 24th & 31st) * Benefit from a structured Employee Assistance Program and paid Family Care Leave
