FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Marketing Manager on behalf of our Client, an established leading wholesale distribution company based in Co. Laois. This a newly created position due to continued success and expansion.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the evolution of the marketing strategy for the group by promoting the Client’s brands & services in Ireland.
This exciting opportunity requires strong project management, attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills to support company growth. The role will be varied and fast moving, with excellent opportunities for personal development and growth, requiring a flexible and can-do attitude.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong and consistent brands through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that promote the Clients products & services, engage with customers and help to build brand awareness across all channels.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of all marketing campaigns
• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Reporting on marketing campaign performance
• Working with in-house designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Supporting the sales team with developing marketing materials.
• Responsible for planning and executing all events to promote the company and our products/services.
• Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.
• Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Assure marketing activities are aligned with the overall vision, direction, and roadmaps of the company.
• Create a unique message for the products that allows them to stand out from other products in the market
• Oversee and execute product launches and develop marketing campaigns for new products and upgrades
• Travel occasionally for team meetings, tradeshows, and field work when required.

Experience Required:

• Third level degree in Digital Marketing or another relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience across product marketing, product management, and digital marketing
• Excellent planning and organisation skills and be confident with budgeting and project management
• Technical skills, CRM & DBM software, graphic design.
• Exceptional time management skills with an ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence decisions
• Effective team collaboration across different teams: product, sales, marketing, etc
