You’ll lead PR and influencer strategies, manage media relations, and coordinate high-visibility local and global events to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement. From planning through execution, you’ll develop and implement promotions, collaborations, and CRM activities that boost footfall, foster loyalty, and reactivate customers in DOS and outlet stores.We are excited to receive your application and welcome you to HUGO BOSS!What you can expect:

• Responsibility for retail marketing activities for BOSS & HUGO brands from concept to measuring success, considering the global brand strategy, and creating a marketing plan for DOS and OUT.
• Implementation of sales-promoting activities in DOS (BOSS & HUGO) & OUT (BOSS) in PL: Promotions, events, collaboration with the following goals: increasing store footfall and length of stay, enhancing new customer acquisition, maintaining customer retention and brand loyalty through emotional experiences, reactivating inactive customers, fostering sales growth.
• Development and implementation of collaborations that expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness and positioning for BOSS & HUGO brands.
• Development and implementation of PR & Influencer strategy for BOSS & HUGO brands on the Polish market.
• Responsibility for PR coverage and media relations, coordination of media & influencers during local & global events for BOSS & HUGO brands on the Polish market.
• Coordination and approval of national and local media activities and media plans (OOH and digital) in collaboration with Global Media Planning for BOSS & HUGO brands.
• Responsibility for local PR showroom and product lending from BOSS & HUGO stores in PL.
• Coordination of the CRM communication and planning for BOSS & HUGO brands.
• Marketing budget management and planning for BOSS & HUGO brands.
• Reporting for BOSS & HUGO brands.
• Cooperation and involvement in Central Hub projects for BOSS & HUGO brands.

Your profile:

• You have university degree in Marketing, Communications or Diploma in Fashion Marketing.
• You are an experienced professional, with at least 2 years in Brand or Retail Marketing experience.
• With your event management skills and proven record of events (for examlpe pop-up stores, PR, retail store events) you will coordinate events.
• Excellent communication skills, time management and organization skills are the must.
• You are proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Power Point. Photoshop & InDesign an asset.
• Familiar with DMR and Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics platforms.
• We are international company, therefore fluent English Language, written and oral is a must. Your Polish language skills would be a big plus.
• Do you have Network and relationships withing PR environment? Great, It would be a plus!
