The clientThis is a highly varied, exciting and rewarding role with a leading organisation who have developed a long-standing reputation for providing the highest standards of service provision and delivery across all areas of their extensive and varied business operations.The role – Marketing ManagerA confident and creative Marketing professional, you will lead, develop and manage companywide Marketing activities including providing inspiration to a dynamic and talented Marketing team. Building upon your well-developed marketing experience, spanning across all elements of internal and external marketing, you will be afforded the opportunity to provide direct support to all company goals and continued growth across all business areas.You will have an exceptionally varied and comprehensive role, spanning strategic oversight toundertaking operational tasks, your duties and responsibilities including;

• Lead and manage companywide Marketing activities in line with company growth plans, providing insightful and strategic marketing support to all internal and external stakeholder groups
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team
• Drive brand awareness, educate all relevant market sectors, and build full-funnel marketing strategies that support commercial growth, customer engagement, and industry influence
• Own and optimise marketing growth across all channels including digital presence SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media platforms and all associated specialist marketing mediums
• Provide strategic and operational marketing insight and support to Senior Leadership team in relation to future marketing opportunities
• Create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and sales tools aligned with technical teams and to meet companywide divisional commercial goals
• Plan and deliver trade shows, launch events, and exhibitions to strengthen industry positioning
• Manage external agencies ensuring effective collaboration and measuring effective results
• Undertaking all associated general operational administration and management

Ideally degree qualified within Marketing, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth background and experience leading, managing and developing companywide marketing for a multi-site, multi-divisional organisation. A naturally innovate and creative individual, you will be well versed in supporting organisational and market growth through in-sight led strategies. You will have an in-depth working knowledge of and experience in creating content across all platforms and routes to market. In addition, you will be highly proficient in planning, developing and implementing all digital strategies for SEO, PPC and Social Media and in overseeing development of website and digital strategies. The ability to effectively deliver achievable and measurable business results is key as is a need to manage multiple, simultaneously running key objectives. Strong attention to detail and an ability to effectively analyse marketing data and metrics in relation to campaign performance assessment and data-driven decisions-making is essential. Previous experience within a dynamic, complex multi-faceted organisation would be a distinct advantage.
