Our international product ranges, Sothys, DMK, ARTDECO and Perron Rigot can be found in beauty clinics/salons, hotels/spas and pharmacies in every corner of the country.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive the marketing strategies for our brands. This role requires a creative professional with expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. You will work closely with the sales and training teams to understand customer needs in brand promotions and launches.
They would need to be centrally located in Dublin, within easy access to Ballymount, Dublin 12.Join us in making a difference in the skincare and beauty industry!Primary DutiesThe successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for:Key responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, reels, videos, and graphics. Working with the Team, our Brand Ambassadors and customers to generate content creation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and collaborate with a creative team, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the Chleo B2B website to ensure it is a competent and timely resource for customers. Maintain and update the B2C site – Strala Beauty.
• Trade Show Events: Support with the organising of trade show exhibitions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements3 Years minimum experience.Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification.
• Strong experience in social media marketing and digital strategy.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Indesign, Meta Business Suits, Coschedule, Hootesuite, or similar platforms,.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi project and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organizational skills.
• Identify challenges with a solution driven attitude.
