About the RoleAre you ready to play a key role in maintaining compliance standards in the fast-paced and global world of Asset Management? We are seeking a Marketing Material Review Specialist to join our team within the Chief Marketing Officer’s (CMO) global organization.In this newly created role, you will ensure that all marketing materials produced by the company align with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, APAC, and the Americas. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to the business teams, helping to navigate complex compliance matters while supporting marketing projects.Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Review: Analyze and review marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in applicable jurisdictions (e.g., MiFID, SFDR, CBDF).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and marketing teams globally to ensure marketing materials adhere to both business needs and regulatory obligations.
• Operational Oversight: Develop and maintain approval procedures for marketing materials, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation of controls.
• Training and Guidance: Identify training needs and deliver guidance to marketing and business teams, in collaboration with the Compliance department.
• Project Advisory: Provide compliance expertise on strategic business projects.
• Documentation Management: Ensure efficient and transparent record-keeping processes for all materials reviewed.
• Control Formalization: Establish and document control procedures to maintain high compliance standards.

What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Compliance, Legal, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance or control functions, preferably in Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of European regulations (MiFID, SFDR, CBDF); familiarity with APAC and US regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., French) are a bonus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
