For our Client, a global leader in FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Master Data Team Leader with English.Responsibilities:

leading a team of up to 12 Master Data Specialists (supervising, motivating, and supporting in complex activities and escalations),
overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
designing, developing and implementing MDM solutions and new processes, participating in MDM projects,
preparing detailed documentation and process instructions,
maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with local businesses and project leaders to align MDM initiatives,
ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
actively supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.

Requirements:

experience in Master Data Management area and solid knowledge of MDM processes,
eagerness to learn procedures and readiness to provide substantive support to the team members,
at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader,
strong taking ownership attitude,
fluency in English (at least C1),
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
attention to detail and accuracy.
