You will collaborate with various teams to document data sources, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of data excellence, enabling stakeholders to understand and utilize data effectively while contributing to the overall success of data management initiatives.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the identification and management of master and reference data sources across the organization.
• Provide expert guidance to data governance roles, enhancing their skills in data management.
• Support the documentation of master and reference data in the SE Data Catalog (Collibra).
• Develop and implement processes for effective data governance and quality management.
• Coach stakeholders to confidently manage their master and reference datasets.
• Analyze and test MDM processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with data governance.

What You Bring

• University degree in any discipline, with a preference for critical thinking fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Governance and Master Data Management in a large organization.
• Strong communication skills to explain data governance concepts clearly and effectively.
• Expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions and understanding data quality practices.
• Experience with operationalizing data governance tools, preferably Collibra Data Catalog.
• A growth mindset, adaptable to changing demands and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
