This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Position Summary:

Under limited supervision, performs assigned jobs related to the storing, retrieval, and shipping of parts from specific locations in the warehouse area. Moving Merchandise within the warehouse, verifying information on the box and/or paperwork and identifying locations where parts and/or customer orders are to be placed. Communicates cross functionally and directly with customers.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs. and manage cartons more than 50 lbs. utilizing available safety tools.

• Picking and filing orders using a laptop computer, if applicable for Lighting Products, Machine Parts and/or Special Customer Requirements

• Offload Material from delivery truck, sort, reconcile, enter information into ERP system and prepare for counting process.

• Process Orders and update ERP System and/or Customer Portal

• Responsible to Open & Close office / warehouse building using access keys and security codes (if applicable).

• Operate Warehouse Forklift & Raymond Picker to Pull & Return parts from Inventory (if applicable)

• Operate company delivery truck for movement of material between buildings and/or customer deliveries.

• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Education:Less than High School Education

• 4-6 years of related work experience

• Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 23kgs.

• Ability to manage cartons more than 23 kgs. utilizing available safety tools

• Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.

• Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.

• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Must be detail oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

• Able to work in a cross functional team environment.

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Education:High School Diploma/Equivalent

• Warehouse experience

• Experience in operating material handling equipment

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Results driven with a can-do attitude to ensure solutions.

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
