You will be responsible to manage supply chain processes in collaboration with various departments (Warehouse, C&P, Finance). Overseeing warehouse quantities, conducting stock analysis, and optimizing inventory based on KPIs.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficient use of tools such as SAP S/4HANA P2P ERP Module (MM [Material Management] & WM [Warehouse Management]), UNISOL centralized system, and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams.
• Identification of materials across various categories, including electrical, mechanical (piping, rotating machines, etc.), inspection, chemical, oils, PPE, Spill kits, IT/Telecom, and drilling/completion/well heads.
• Classification of materials as operating spare parts (consumables, supervised) and capital spare parts (critical).
• Interface effectively with technical, commercial, accounting, and warehouse teams for stock and requirements management.
• Creation, modification, verification, and optimization of Material Master Data (MM).
• Conduct consumption analysis to create framework contracts.
• Perform stock analysis and adjust stocks/requirements using Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Oversee the purchasing process from demand initiation to order finalization.
• Ensure requirements are met within company-set KPIs.
• Monitor the purchasing process, verify delivery dates, and expedite as necessary.
• Manage claims with suppliers regarding discrepancies in received goods.
• Perform ASD (Active, Slow, Dead) analysis.
• Provide monthly/annual reports with analysis and corrective actions, focusing on surplus reduction, sales, or disposal.
• Conduct rolling, punctual, and annual inventories.

Qualifiche

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on logistics operations and a solid understanding of oil industry logistics.
• Strong team-building and leadership skills, with an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Awareness of environmental considerations in operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken
