Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Works with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, AMO and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons in to physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:Ensuring availability of Job items according to String Test PlanManaging Non-Conformance (Internal and Vendor related) to ensure compliance with project requirementsPlanning preservation of Job Item according to technical requirementsEnsuring timely delivery of Quality Certification according to QCPEnsuring timely WIP closureManaging of BOP materials after String Test to reach goal of 100% completeness and Zero Punch ListFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality ControlBe fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)Ability to analyze problems and identify root causesHave good problem solving skillsHave excellent oral and written communication skillsShow teamwork and change agent attitudeAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detailsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
