As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that help students build a strong foundation in mathematics. You will foster a positive learning environment where all students feel encouraged and supported. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a real impact on their academic progress.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the curriculumMonitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to support their developmentCreate a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentWork with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategiesMaintain effective classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphereProvide extra support for students who may require additional help, including those with special educational needs (SEN)Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parentsParticipate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunitiesKey Requirements:Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related fieldPrevious teaching experience (desirable, but not essential for NQTs)A passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their bestStrong subject knowledge and the ability to teach at Key Stage 3 and 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to the success and well-being of studentsAbility to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learnersA proactive and innovative approach to teaching
