My client are a leading M&E Sub – Contractor based in Whiteley, they are seeking an experienced and passionate M&E Project Manager to head up 2 residential sites in Wokingham consisting of houses, bungalows, flats and a plant room in each site.As the successful candidate for this permanent position, you will be responsible for managing various mechanical and electrical projects while ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:– Managing all aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion
– Overseeing project teams consisting of engineers and subcontractors
– Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as health & safety regulations
– Reviewing progress reports prepared by subordinatesQualifications Required:– You should have at least 4 years experience working with both Mechanical and Electrical packages acting as a Project Manager
– Possess excellent communication skills both written or verbal
– A valid SMSTS cardSkills Desired:-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-Demonstrate strong analytical thinking
-Adept at using computer software programsSalary Package:
