We are currently looking for Mechanical Project Engineer in Lux Tire Plant to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

• Lead and/or realize Engineering equipment and Infrastructure projects
• Establish technical specifications based on costumer department needs as well as on Goodyear internal and legal requirements
• Mechanic design of Industrial/Manufacturing equipment and systems
• Support production and maintenance departments on existing machinery reliability improvement and major breakdowns

To join our team you will need: 

Education:

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics).

Languages: 

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency of either German or French is a major advantage.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience in mechanical design is an asset.

IT, Soft Skills & others:

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with CAD design software
• Proactive mindset
• Active team member, self motivated
• Ability to communicate internally and externally
• Open-minded and flexible
• Working in a plant environment is part of the job
